All payments are to be made payable to MycoGenetix.

Shipping Policy

All items are shipped within 1-3 business days of payment. All items are subject to full refund prior to shipping. All orders are sent via USPS and a tracking number is provided at the time of shipment. Our shipping costs range from $9.00 – $45.00, dependent upon weight and shipping speed selected at checkout. For certain (larger) items, a custom shipping quote will be emailed to you for your approval. 

Returns

In order to keep products fresh we do not offer returns at this time.

Privacy Policy

We will never track or sell your information. We may ask for personal information that can be used to contact you while you are visiting our site. This information may include but is not limited to your name, phone number, email address, and shipping / billing addresses. None of this information is shared with or sold to any other person, organization, or business.
